About
WIE is a non-profit initiative derived from the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Netherlands section, supported by women’s networks as well as industry leaders.
Our mission
The aim is to promote the importance and value of gender diversity and the power that this balance brings to successful teams.
Every one and a half year we organise a seminar for women and men working in the energy industry to discuss about this topic. There will be a variety of practical workshops and speakers, successful professionals from leading energy companies who will share their knowledge and experience. The seminars offer networking opportunities and a platform for knowledge sharing within the Energy sector.
WIE 2016 Seminar
The 4th edition of WIE will be held on Thursday the 17th of March 2016 in The Hague, The Netherlands, at The Royal Netherlands Society of Engineers (KIVI).
